Some objects of renowned writer Martin Wickramasinghe donated to the Department of National Museums on 13 th January 2011. This Collection donated to the Director, Dr. Nanda Wicramasinghe by the Secretary, Martin Wickramasinghe Trust, Dr. Ranga Wickramasinghe.
This collection will be exhibited in the Independence Memorial Museum.
Mr.Hemapala, Director (Publication Division), Martin Wickramasinghe Trust, Mr. Senarath Wickramasinghe, Assistant Director Ethnology, Department of National Museums, Mr. Kamarasiringhe Thennegedara, Museum Keeper, Independence Memorial Museum also participated this moment.
