To carry out all financial matters of the Department, purchasing, implementing of tender procedures, presenting future projects for Cabinet approval, printing of entrance tickets for all museums, handling international payments, depositing relevant monies in the Treasury and other activities.

In addition –

• Preparation of the Annual Accounts of the Department.
• Preparation of estimates of income and expenditure.
• Providing relevant financial reports to the Ministry/Department.
• Preparation of the Appropriation Account.
