The Hon. Minister of National Heritage Dr. Jagath Balasuriya paid his Inspection tour to the Department of National Museums on 31 st December 2010.
Ms. Kanthi Wijethunga, the Secretary, Ministry of National Heritage also joined this inspection tour with him.
The honorable Minister observed newly refurbished exhibition galleries in the Colombo National Museum and had a discussion in the Museum Auditorium with the director and the heads of the sections.
Finally National Museum Library also observed by the Hon. Minister.
